I have started a new book this weekend, The Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie by Alan Bradley. I always find it interesting when a male author writes from the female perspective. This particular story centers around Flavia de Luce, a mischievous 11 year old girl and aspiring chemist who finds a dead body in her back yard.
A little slow moving, I’m on page 106, but so far so good!
